Stephen M. R. Covey lives with his family in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains. After completing his MBA at Harvard Business School, he played a key role in establishing the Covey Leadership Center, first as a Client Developer, later on as a National Sales Manager and then eventually as President and CEO.

Many people refer to themselves as thought leaders on their social media profiles. No doubt, our current guest certainly is. He advises companies, entrepreneurs and decision-makers from various social institutions. He is a much sought-after speaker and his books are worldwide bestsellers. With his work he continues the work set out by his father, who wrote the book "The 7 Habits of highly effective people", probably one of the most important books on the subject of a vision-led life.
